Opportunities are available for registered psychologists,  clinical  psychologists, or new graduate clinical psychology registrars wanting to gain experience working in a multidisciplinary private clinical practice with a broad range of mental health conditions. Applicants at the completion stage of postgraduate programs will be considered if they can demonstrate successful completion of course requirements. 

The person in this role will be expected to provide quality psychology treatment to clients in order to address a range of presenting issues in the areas of mental health, rehabilitation and disability, with a focus on providing excellent client care. Experience in behaviour support planning will be an advantage but not essential. 

The successful applicant will have a passion for helping people with a range of mental health challenges. The position requires the ability to manage multiple demands in a timely manner, excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated capacity to use initiative, while being part of a team.

The position will also provide an opportunity to work with adults, children and adolescents in a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics and occupational therapy. The position will involve a variety of different treatment settings, including office-based appointments, home visits, school visits, day programs, and our own therapy gym space.  

The position is available full-time or part-time. Staff will receive regular supervision and support including professional development opportunities. A competitive salary will be offered dependent on qualifications and experience.
