Chrystal has an extensive and varied background, with experience in the aged care, disability, and community sectors. Chrystal is currently our full-time Practice Coordinator, and she has just completed a traineeship in Business (Medical Administration). Chrystal was nominated for her hard work during her traineeship, for the title of 'Trainee of the Year' for NSW.

Chrystal is a mum of two beautiful children. Her son has additional needs and this has only made her more passionate about providing care to others in her role.

Brittany Cooper

Cert III Hospitality & Tourism, Mental Health First Aid Cert

Britt has worked extensively in the hospitality and tourism industry, with over 11 years of professional experience. She has lived and worked all over the world; as a travel agent in the UK, and in Canada for a 5-star hotel.

She is interested in travelling and has recently visited Bali, with plans to travel to Mexico and Costa Rica in the near future. Britt works at New Ability Health from Monday - Thursday, each week.

Danielle Bruce

Administration Officer & Physiotherapy Assistant

B Comm, (undertaking) B Physiotherapy (Honours)

Danielle has a background working promotions in radio, as a media planner, in the events sector for the University of Newcastle, and in social media marketing for the Essential Ingredient.

After almost 10 years working in a number of communication and marketing roles, Danielle decided it was time for a career change and went back to study. She is currently in her third year of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle and is passionate about helping others, and providing next-level customer care.

Danielle also works as a Physiotherapy Assistant on the orthopaedic ward at the Lake Macquarie Private Hospital on weekends.
