Melanie started her career working in radio and print media. A change of direction saw her move into recruitment roles and the vocational education and training sector, in particular, working with apprenticeships, traineeships, and funded training.
Melanie has 15 years’ experience working across multiple state government departments and has led several successful asset-based programs which supported vulnerable people with multiple complex barriers, including CareerPathways, Rent Choice Youth, and the Cessnock Place Plan project. Melanie loves working with people and is passionate about collaborating with service providers and clinicians to increase the capacity, wellbeing, and opportunities for vulnerable people.

Danielle has a background working promotions in radio, as a media planner, in the events sector for the University of Newcastle, and in social media marketing for the Essential Ingredient.
After almost 10 years working in a number of communication and marketing roles, Danielle decided it was time for a career change and went back to study. She is currently in her second year of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle and is passionate about helping others, and providing next-level customer care.

Chrystal has an extensive and varied background, with experience in the aged care, disability, and community sectors. Chrystal is currently our full-time Administration Officer and she is also completing a traineeship in Business (Medical Administration).
