Our Dietitian

Jessica Zorba

Practising Dietitian

BNutDiet(Hons)

Jessica has a keen interest in helping people achieve healthy behaviors and develop positive relationships with food. Since graduating as a Dietitian in 2022, Jessica has been dedicated to promoting better health through nutrition. Her work in public health has allowed her to focus particularly on the nutritional needs of primary school-aged children. Jessica's approach is centered on creating supportive environments where children can learn and adopt healthy eating habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Jessica's interests include: child and adolescent nutrition (fussy eating, growth issues, disordered eating etc), supporting families to create healthy eating habits and general healthy eating. Her work is characterized by a compassionate and holistic approach, aiming not just to address immediate nutritional concerns, but also to instill lasting positive behaviors and attitudes towards food.

Jessica works once a month, on a Wednesday, at New Ability Health. To book an appointment call or email reception@newabilityhealth.com.au.
